Susan Zukowski, MBA, Ph.D.
Director of Healthcare, Workforce Education Solutions
Dr. Susan Zukowski has served in healthcare since 2012 and Higher Education since 2008. As the Director of Healthcare, she oversees healthcare partnership and supports building the healthcare workforce of tomorrow. Dr. Zukowski’s experiences in healthcare include administrative leadership in a leading healthcare organization, quality management, performance improvement, organizational development, research, data analytics, program development, strategic planning, and leading philanthropic endeavors. In addition to working directly in healthcare, Dr. Zukowski has taught courses in psychology, research methods, organizational effectiveness, business, strategic planning, project management, and
marketing to predominately adult learners. She earned a BA in Political Science Legal Studies from University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, an MBA from Lakeland College, and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Walden University, all while working full time and raising a family.
